ONUCI seeks to engage a professional Service Provider capable of providing the following:






1. Load and Collect the cargo from ONUCI Log base AK Camp between 09.00 to 12.30 or

14.00 to 16.00 Monday through Friday.


2. Transport the cargo from ONUCI Log base to Abidjan Port with contractor's owned equipment and personnel


3. Un-load the cargo at the port of loading


4. Load, lash and secure the cargo on board the vessel at the port of loading and settle issuance of the Bill of Lading, customs service fees


5. Provide ONUCI with information on the departure and routing of the cargo from the port of loading to the port of discharge until final destination


6. Forward the Bill of Lading


- Scan copy by email to ONUCI



- Two sets of the original BoL by express courier to the consignee's address (MINUSCA)



- One set of the original BoL by express courier to ONUCI



7. Advise the consignee and ONUCI on the estimated date of arrival at port of discharge, estimated departure from port of discharge and arrival at destination place




8. Provide full details of the agent at transit place Douala and at destination Bangui, CAR




9. Unload cargo from the vessel at port of discharge, arrange for transit formalities at Douala and inland transportation from Douala to Bangui, CAR






10. Deliver the cargo to delivery place MINUSCA Bangui, offloading at ground
