As part of her regular consultations with Ivorian political authorities and actors, the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Côte d'Ivoire, Mrs Aïchatou Mindaoudou, on Monday, 31 March 2014, met with the Minister of State to the President, Mr. Jeannot Kouadio Ahoussou, to discuss the implementation of the mandate of the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI).



"We had a wide-ranging discussion on issues related to peace and the mission of the United Nations, said Mr. Jeannot Kouadio Ahoussou at the end of the meeting held at the office of the Minister of State, adding that the UN continues to support Côte d'Ivoire in "the good work it is doing to promote reconciliation, peacebuilding and national unity".
