I would like to congratulate the Ivorian people on the good conduct of the electoral campaign, which undeniably, took place in a calm and serene environment. I would like to urge Ivorians to continue in the same way with regard to the electoral operations and I hope that each and every Ivorian, each and every voter is able to freely exercise their right to vote.



I also hope that the electoral operations will take place in a calm and serene atmosphere during which the laws and rules of the country are respected.



I am convinced that the Ivorian people will once again put the general interest and respect for democractic principles above all else during the presidential election on 25 October 2015.
