The Deputy Special Representative of the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI) in charge of humanitarian affairs, Mr. Ndolamb Ngokwey, has reiterated to administrative authorities in Daloa, the United Nations support to the Ivorian Government in accordance with Resolution 2112 recently adopted by the United Nations Security Council. He made the statement on Thursday, 26 September 2013, during a courtesy visit to the Prefect of Haut Sassandra region, Mr. Brou Kouamé.

"{We came to explain the role of accompaniment that UNOCI intends to play towards the Government in general and the local authorities in particular with regards to security and stability in the country}," said Mr. Ngokwey.

decreased considerably}".
