The Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Côte d'Ivoire, Mrs Aïchatou Mindaoudou, on Tuesday, 1 July 2014, met with the president of the Cap-Unir pour la Démocratie et le Developpement (Cap-UDD), Mr. Gervais Coulibaly,who came to discuss the newly-formed Independent Electoral Commission (IEC).

« Now that the law has been passed, what can be done so that everyone can be satisfied? » asked the president of the CAP UDD at the end of the meeting.



Mr. Gervais Coulibaly said he had come to see the Special Representative in this regard, adding "Let us now leave the Special Representative to present our proposals
