Speaking at the end of the meeting, Mr. Susumu said he had come to congratulate Mrs Mindaoudou on her appointment as the head of the United Nations Operation in Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI).
The Ambassador of Japan said that he also discussed with the Special Representative cooperation between the UN Mission and the Japanese Government to strengthen security, stability and peace in Côte d'Ivoire.
