Special Representative and ECOWAS Chief of Electoral Assistance discuss elections

The Chief of the Electoral Assistance Division of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Mr. Francis Oké, met with the Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Côte d'Ivoire and head of the United Nations Operation for Côte d'Ivoire (UNOCI), Mrs Aïchatou Mindaoudou, on Wednesday, 21 October 2015, to discuss issues related to the electoral process.‎



Speaking to the press after the meeting, the ECOWAS chief of Electoral assistance, Mr. Oké said : "{We discussed the electoral process with Mrs Mindaoudou}". He also announced the deployment of 120 ECOWAS observers in the different polling stations.
