Special Representative receives president of youth wing of Ivorian Popular Front
The Special Representative of the United Nations Secretary-General for Côte d'Ivoire, Mrs Aïchatou Mindaoudou, on Monday, 9 March 2015, received a delegation of the youth wing of the Ivorian Popular Front led by Mr. Konaté Navigué.
Speaking after the encounter, Mr. Navigué said: "We came to see the Special Representative to discuss the current situation ». He said that his delegation raised issues related to political dialogue and other concerns with Mrs Mindaoudou.
"We both agreed that we should meet regularly to discuss the latest developments in the country, » he said, adding that even though there had been some progress, a lot still remains to be done.
