Baidoa, 2015.05.27: UNSOA Director Amadu Kamara, while leading a delegation, visited AMISOM Ethiopian troops headquartered in Baidoa (Sector 3) today.
The delegation was received at the airport by AMISOM Sector 3 commander, Yemane Gabre Mikael.
This is the first time UNSOA director is visiting the sector since the new contingent of Ethiopian National Defense Forces settled in and took over from the previous contingent.
The director held a general meeting with the sector commander and his officials and later a private meeting with the sector commander only where the director sought to know the challenges the new contingent is facing since their deployment.
