Force Licorne Commander presents successor to Special Representative

The Commander of Force Licorne, Colonel Remi Bouzereaud on Friday 18 October 2013 presented his successor, Lt.Colonel Stephane Caye to the Special Representative of UN Secretary-General and Head of the UN Operation in Cote d'Ivoire, Mrs. Aichatou Mindaoudou.



The in-coming Commander, Lt Colonel Stephane Caye said his mandate fell within the framework of continuity namely, to consolidate the Republican Forces of Cote d'Ivoire (FRCI) and the support UNOCI and French operations in the sub region.
