On Thursday, 27 January 2011 the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Western Sahara and head of MINURSO, Hany Abdel-Aziz, held a Town Hall Meeting. The Town Hall was focused on the results of the recent survey on a positive work environment launched by DPKO and DFS. The Town Hall, attended by all staff, discussed the survey results and MINURSO will consider and create an agenda for the Mission to work for a positive work environment. Mr. Abdel-Aziz, in his closing remarks, stressed the need to keep to a work environment marked by mutual respect and understanding.
