The Personal Envoy of the Secretary-General for Western Sahara, Christopher Ross, arrived in Laâyoune on 22 March 2013. He was received at the airport by the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Western Sahara and Head of MINURSO, Wolfgang Weisbrod-Weber, and by local authorities.
